3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want members to feel confident in joining, so we offer a limited 7-Day Refund Guarantee for first-time members.
- New Members Only – Refunds are available only for first-time members who cancel within 7 days of initial signup.
- No Refunds After 7 Days – After 7 calendar days, all fees are non-refundable.
- Recurring Payments – If you do not cancel before your next billing cycle, you will be charged. We do not issue refunds for late cancellations or “forgotten” subscriptions.
- Rejoining Members – If you cancel and later rejoin, the 7-day refund guarantee does not apply a second time.
- Prepaid/Annual Plans – If offered, prepaid or annual memberships are non-refundable after purchase, except as required by law.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be returned to the original payment method only.
Cancellation must be completed through your account settings. You are responsible for managing your subscription before renewal.

All subscriptions and services purchased through Skool are billed by Skool.com, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record.
- Skool is responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT based on member location and local laws.
- Members may see sales tax added to their subscription depending on their state or country.
- PSM does not control sales tax charges and cannot remove or refund them.
- Members are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees charged by their payment provider.
